Warner Bros. Discovery operates in three segments: streaming, studios, and linear networks. The streaming business includes HBO Max, which is rapidly increasing its international footprint in addition to its major presence in the US. Studios include industry leaders in both film and television, which produce movies and television series that are monetized in multiple ways, including theatrical release, sales to third parties, and feeding into Warner's own platforms. Global networks consist of basic cable networks like CNN, TNT, TBS, Discovery, HGTV, and The Food Network. The Discovery+ streaming service will remain part of global networks.

$PSKY $WBD Love this! The court is forcing a settlement meeting! Bonta and his incompetent AG coalition do not know what they are doing. This lawsuit is all about political theatre and Netflix money that funds Bonta’s campaign. Don’t be fooled by the corrupt Bonta. There is a reason California AG Rob Bonta’s campaign quietly spent $468,228 on legal fees during the FBI’s Oakland corruption probe. He says he wasn’t a target — just a witness — but nearly half a million in donor money going to lawyers deserves real transparency. Bonta cannot be trusted!

View on StockTwits ↗$WBD doesn’t matter. 1) he capture most of the upside anyways, waiting for $31 wouldn’t make him that much more money. 2) he’s on the wbd side. He is not privy to the ongoing negotiation talks between Psky and Bonta. He’s an observer just like us
View on StockTwits ↗$WBD This one turned up on Equibles. Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. director LEVY ANTON J reported selling 340,000 WBD shares on September 3, 2026, worth about $9.65 million, in a non-derivative Form 4.

View on StockTwits ↗$PSKY $WBD $NFLX Dude... No where in my statement did I offer a timeline for when the Netflix Subscriber Hemmorging will begin... But the slow bleed will happen post merger most likely accelerate over a year and beyond as Fickle Subscribers can't find decent content to watch. You only need to look at Ted and Reed's actions to understand that Netflix is in really big Trouble with Subscriber retention post WBD/Paramount merger. As far as me "not assuming about any synergies that exist" Real Synergies have been planned, but obviously can't be executed until post merger. Larry and David are not just going after Netflix, The Combination of Oracle, TIKTOK USA, WBD, and Paramount is designed to be a Tech Stack that competes with Meta and Google, not just Netflix. The merger debt Is indeed substantial, but WBD has already been paying down debt since the merger announcement, and both WBD and Paramount have yet to price gouge their Subs like Netflix has.
View on StockTwits ↗$NFLX $PSKY $WBD You are looking at a year at least before this can even be possible. Lot can happen potentially positive for the market to flip bullish between now and then. Just not relevant enough to matter right now IMO. Also the outcome of PSKY and WDB isn’t necessarily a foregone conclusion. If it were it would have been well underway by now. You are assuming a synergy that doesn’t even exist yet, not working towards the goals of the combination that will also be buried in debt. Meanwhile NFLX has a stronger financial position, strong enough to buy back 27bil of shares, and pumping out the content. NFLX is building and earning a return tangibly while you are doting on a chimera that is currently producing nothing.
View on StockTwits ↗$PSKY $WBD $NFLX The Content Reality: The Ellison's will pull all the WBD and Paramount content as deals expire from Netflix's eyeball lifeblood, which is their leased Library. Netflix will hemorrhage Subscribers. Bank on it.

View on StockTwits ↗$PSKY $WBD $NFLX $CMCSA Do you think when Paramount and WBD leave for Tennessee or Texas that all the LA Cache and Hollywood mystique that drive wealthy people and the businesses that support them and the movie industry in general will flee? could any of those businesses survive? Will anyone give a crap to go to Grauman's Chinese Theatre's walk of Fame?? Will Bonta be the Black Hole that swallows all the stars up? I do know that when it Cums to Reed Hastings, Bonta doesn’t spit.... He swallows like Capistrano!!
